Denton Farley – IT Entrepreneur
Working on real IT solutions at KWoods gave Denton Farley a sense of ownership and direction, leading him to start his own consulting company. Through independent studies, he explored technology, solving problems and developing skills beyond the classroom. That passion turned into Fly Consulting Company, his own IT firm. Today, KWoods is one of his clients. From student to business owner, Denton proves that early opportunities lead to lasting success.

Josh Billings – Livingston County Sheriff’s Office
Josh Billings planned on working in IT, but life had other plans. After graduating in the early 2000s, he found his way into public service. Eventually he joined the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office. Now, he brings his expertise back to KWoods through speaking to forensic classes and inspiring future law enforcement professionals. This is a win-win for Josh and up-and-coming students. His story shows that skills gained in school can lead to unexpected and meaningful careers.
