National Honor Society & Leadership
2011-2012 Leadership/NHS Group
In 2011, Kensington Woods High School was granted a charter by National Honor Society and inducted its first members in 2012.
Leadership is a group of students focused on being leaders in the school and the community. The students make a difference in the community by raising money for local organizations, like the Special Olympics, and setting up a Giving Tree that collected money for The Connection. Leadership also helps promote the value of character
at Kensington Woods by planning and hosting a New Student Orientation and serving as guides for new students and at Open Houses.
